Aspiring Future Competence is a Learning & Development & HR organisation which was founded in 2002 by Andree Funnell, Owner Director.
Our bespoke programmes and strategies are developed in partnership with our clients, using our expertise to assess your organisation’s needs and capabilities for development. The consultation process is designed to work with you to ensure a streamlined programme – from strategy clarification through delivery to review.
Our key strengths are in the delivery of key core management skills and performance management training at all levels. We believe that people develop by learning through experience and interactive learning, and therefore the courses are both fun, interactive not merely tutorial led.
Our organisation is able to design, develop and implement training plans and workshops to suit and enhance the needs of the individuals and businesses across the UK. Aspiring Future Competence is able to offer a wide variety of training and development solutions utilising a number of Associate trainers all with their own areas of expertise.
In addition to the above we are also able to offer Business and Recruitment Consultancy services to aid, develop and deliver your business vision, strategy and objectives for the future.
